Event Details
Where & When are the rides:
Currently Passenger rides will take place on selected Whoop Ass Wednesday nights. As the race schedule is variable on these nights we will require our passengers to be at the Perth Motorplex to sign in at 5pm on their selected day. This will allow us to go through the safety procedures, get you signed in (Motorplex Indemnity), and allow you to familiarise yourself with the vehicle and track before racing begins. Rides will be staggered throughout the night until 9.30pm. You will be free to leave once you have completed your ride. (If you need to leave early, please discuss this prior to the event so we may schedule the order of the rides accordingly.)
NOTE: Therapy on Wheels reserves the right to cancel your booking without refund if you do not show or are late.
Who can be a passenger:

Due to safety, there are some size and ability restrictions for our passengers.
- You must be able to get in and out of the vehicle on your own.
- Maximum height of 194cm and a minimum height of 135cm
- Maximum weight is 100kg (Passenger must be able to comfortably fit in a 40cm wide seat.)
- Minimum age is 18 years old (17yo with parent attendance & permission)
- Participants are not allowed to go on with the experience if they are pregnant, under the influence of drugs or alcohol
- As this experience may involve some muscle jarring, increased heart rate and some G-force, please seek medical advice prior to participation if there are any health concerns
NOTE: If you are unsure of your physical ability to be a passenger, please feel free to phone Andy to discuss the requirements before you make your booking. Bookings for passengers who don't fit the safety requirements will have their ride cancelled without refund.
DISABILITY
Therapy on Wheels passenger rides may be unsuitable or require alternate arrangements for individuals with a disability. We are happy to make any such practicable arrangements on your behalf. Please make us aware of any such disability prior to your selection of purchase. For safety reasons, we will require you to be able to get in and out of the vehicle on your own in an emergency.
WHAT TO WEAR / BRING
You will be provided with a helmet, balaclava, race suit, neck protection, arm restraints and gloves. While we will do our best to provide a variety of sizes, there may be some limitations.
